Fairfield, California recording artist, CJ Emulous debut project, “Suicide Mission” releases today March 8th through online retailers everywhere!  The album is based on the scripture in Romans 8:13 “For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if you put to death the misdeeds of the flesh you will live.”  The first singles off “Suicide Mission,” are “Kamikaze,” “I Hope You Die,” and “Rainy Day”are getting radio airplay throughout the globe!  CJ Emulous was raised on the streets of Vallejo, CA and got into the life of dealing drugs and at the age of 21 was incarcerated for shipping drugs to Hawaii.  He was found guilty of possession of drugs and a firearm and faced 10-12 years in Federal prison with a mandatory 5 year minium.  While in prison he began to study the Bible and became aware of who God was and according to His Word and the grace that He offers. CJ Emulous now dedicates his life to serving God and the community with his gift of freedom.  CJ Emulous has been a full-time hip hop artist, speaker, mentor, and youth minister for years now to the community where he lives and throughout the world inspiring youth through his testimony and energetic concerts.  He has shared the stage with such artists as Flame, Everyday Process, J.R., Keisha Cole, Too Short, and more.  CJ Emulous has sold more than 9,000 units independently in California alone!  He has also been asked to partner with Luis Palau and Rick Warren and has been invited to perform and speak at the churches of T.D. Jakes and Andre Crouch.
