Workshop is to inform independent artists and record labels how to prepare and gain important information about the music industry from both the Christian and Mainstream marketplaces.  The I.C.E. Workshop is open to any artists and record labels in Hip Hop, Gospel, Rock, Praise & Worship, or any other genre of music and will be hosted and led by the founders of Infinity Music DistributionRick Greene and Jason Hollis .

Rick Greene started working in radio broadcasting on various station formats from Mainstream Talk radio, Top 40, and Christian radio.  In the 90’s Rick created a program called Planet Rock Radio in Los Angeles, California that helped launch the careers of several local and national Christian artists.   During this period he started a very successful nightclub called The Flip Side which had weekly concerts by local and national touring acts in Christian rock, hip hop, and dance artists. Through connections that Rick had made in the music industry led him to a job in distribution sales with Diamante Music Distribution as well as various other companies which have given him over a decade of experience in music distribution.

Jason Hollis has worked in the music and entertainment industry, having served in various capacities for over two decades.  He has played with various artists and bands as a touring and recording session musician from the 1980’s to the present in both CCM and Mainstream markets.  He also has worked in film, video production, television, radio broadcasting, record labels, radio promotions, marketing, booking, as well as national print media magazines such as Billboard Directories and Musician Magazine.  Jason has worked in music distribution for over a decade with EMICMG, Diamante Media Group, and various other companies.  Over the last 15 years Jason has been doing A&R work signing artists and labels to distribution and label deals working with everyone from Reach Records, Facedown Records, CAJO Records, and Lampmode Recordings just to name a few.  His own company, Life-Line Worldwide started in 2008 and since the beginning was created to help teach artists and labels how to do business in a Biblical manner as well as give them a place to express their creativity by bringing positive messages through music to a world that is fixated on the hardships of life rather than the hope and peace in Jesus Christ.
